The front-end plan is blank

• Check the browser console for Hitz: Leaflet is not loaded. With Include Leaflet off, your own Leaflet must load before the page's end-of-body scripts.
• The container needs a height. It keeps the plan's aspect ratio by default; inside a flex or grid parent that collapses it, pass height: '70vh'.
• The plan and its areas must be enabled on the current site.

The underlay does not show

The underlay is the asset's public URL. An asset in a volume without public URLs, or a site whose base URL is wrong for the environment, gives a broken image. Open the asset URL directly to check.

"The code is already used on this plan"

Codes are unique within a plan. Trashed areas do not count — a code frees up as soon as its area is in the trash.

A shape jumps back after I edit it

The server refused the change and the designer put it back. The message says why: most often a shape with no area (all corners in a line) or a duplicate code.

"Hitz Lite includes…"

Lite allows one plan and 40 areas across it. Trashed items do not count; empty the trash, or upgrade to Pro.

A stand is in the wrong hall

A stand belongs to the smallest hall that contains its centre. If halls overlap, make the inner one smaller or reshape it. php craft hitz/plans/rehome <plan> re-derives every area.

Stand labels never appear

Labels show once the visitor zooms past the fitted view by Label zoom offset. Set it to 0 to show them straight away, or pass labels: false to hide them.
